Terms of service

These Terms govern use of The Forbidden Garden storefront and purchases of its products, membership offerings, mentorships, and other services. By placing an order or using an offering, a customer agrees to these Terms and the linked store policies, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Offerings and final sales

Prices and availability are as stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. Physical products may be shown as coming soon and unavailable for purchase until released. All sales are final as described in the Refund & Return Policy. The exceptions for verified defects, incorrect merchandise, and applicable legal remedies remain available; no provision in these Terms waives a statutory cancellation right or other non-waivable right.

Forbidden Fruit is a $150 one-time membership, not a recurring subscription. “Lifetime” means access for the period that the Forbidden Fruit service or community continues to operate and be made available. It is not a promise that any platform, feature, or service will operate indefinitely. The membership is final sale, subject to applicable law and the individualized issue review described in the Refund & Return Policy.

Digital content and store materials

Unless a product page states otherwise, digital content is provided for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. The purchaser may not reproduce, share, upload, publish, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the content available to another person without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

The Forbidden Garden’s branding, content, product copy, and materials remain its property or that of the applicable rights holder. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Mentorship and future services

Mentorships, intensives, private calls, future courses, programs, and services are final sale subject to applicable law and to any written terms supplied for a particular offering. We do not promise a particular personal, financial, relationship, professional, or other outcome from any offering.

Updates and questions

We may update these Terms for future use by posting a revised effective date. If you have a question about an order or these Terms, use the contact information below. Nothing in these Terms or another store policy is intended to exclude or limit a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
