Shipping policy

Current physical-product availability

The three candle offerings—Slow Burn, Soft Sin, and Smolder—are displayed as Coming Soon / Releasing This Weekend. They are not available to add to cart or purchase until their physical release is authorized. Shipping information will be confirmed before candles are released for purchase. Digital products and membership access are delivered electronically and do not require postal shipping.

The physical-product fulfillment details that have not yet been finalized include actual packed shipment weights, shipping origin, eligible destinations, USPS services, and checkout shipping rates. We do not state or promise a shipping charge, free-shipping offer, delivery date, or transit estimate until the applicable details are configured and shown for the order.

Carrier and shipment issues

When candle shipping is enabled, allow 2–3 business days for processing. Processing is separate from carrier transit. USPS is the intended carrier. If a physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the product, and photographs of the original packaging. We will review the report and, when eligible, pursue an appropriate USPS claim. A USPS claim process does not shift or limit any seller obligation or customer remedy imposed by applicable law, and it does not create an automatic refund or replacement.

For a delayed, missing, or misdelivered package, please contact us with the order number and available tracking or delivery information. We will reasonably review the order and carrier information, communicate with the carrier when appropriate, and address any remedy required by applicable law. Customers should retain the original packaging and product when feasible while a damage or delivery issue is being reviewed.

Candle vessel and contents information

The candles use 16-ounce jars. This jar designation describes the vessel and is not changed by this policy. Any separate net-contents declaration will state the finished candle’s accurate measured net contents, currently 15.5 ounces of wax. No new package weight, shipping weight, or shipping rate is represented here.
